I Love the quilled sepals on this uniquely colored daylily. I'd give it plenty of sun as some scapes leaned a bit this past summer after the 15th thunder storm rolled through my seedling beds; however, I don't think it is that big an issue or I wouldn't introduce it. Pollen fertile.
